Do you offer layaway?

Yes we do! We love layaway and so do our customers. Layaway plans are individually customized to suit your needs. It is easy and a great way to purchase your dream rug before it gets away. Are prices negotiable?

We want you to enjoy beautiful handmade rugs in your home or business! If you find a rug in our collection that is just what you’ve been searching for, but it’s outside your budget, please feel free to contact us. We will do our best to accommodate your budget.

Are your rugs clean?

Our rugs are clean and ready to place in your home or office. We have all our rugs professionally hand washed prior to shipping.


Are your rugs perfect?

We sell antique and vintage rugs. These rugs usually show signs of age and use. The patina of a used rug is part of what makes it attractive. We do our best to point out and note things like wear, imperfections, fading, etc... We provide clear honest photos which should be used as the primary indication of condition and appearance. If you have questions or doubts, please contact us before purchasing. Due diligence is always less expensive than a return.

Do you sell to interior designers?

Yes, absolutely! If you are an interior designer or in the home furnishings trade, please use this form to provide your credentials and specific inquiry.

What is your shipping policy?

We usually ship rugs within 1-5 working days of receiving payment. Most rugs are shipped via FedEx Ground. Small items are sometimes shipped via Priority Mail.

DOMESTIC:

All rugs purchased through our online shop ship free to the lower 48 states and APOs.

INTERNATIONAL:

Some, but not all of our items can be shipped internationally. Please contact us before purchasing to confirm shipping charges and availability.
